Refund policy

 

I hope you love your order, if you're not entirely satisfied, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note original art prints are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email me and let me know what you'd like to return and why. Once your return has been approved, I'll be in touch and provide you with a return address. I'll notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on made to order or sales items.

Postage costs
Please note, return postage fees will not be reimbursed and will be at your own cost along with any duties or taxes, which may be imposed by your local customs outside the UK.
